Certain modifications may require your neighbors’ consent, such as a Fence located on the property line. All projects should include notification to your neighbors of the project; it does not require their consent, just informing them.
Please note the following:
- No work on this request shall commence until written approval is received from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
- The ACC may request more information on any project submitted.
- Projects must be done in a way that does not unreasonably disturb or interfere with neighboring homes.
- All Construction must be in accordance with the Gunnison County Building Regulations. The HOA can not waive or modify any such regulations.
- Any ground disturbing activity near any utility easements shall have the utilities located. This can be done free of charge by calling 811 a minimum of 48 hours before construction begins.
- The HOA accepts no responsibility if any utilities are damaged or cut or any damage is done to any other property.
General Guidelines:
- Colors should be earth tones, and materials should be natural or appear natural.
- All projects should be within the general character of Dos Rios 3
- For more Detailed Information on construction remodeling, additions, placement of outbuildings, landscaping, signs, and fences, please review the Covenants Sections 5,6,7,10 and 12.
We thank you for your cooperation. The ACC will act upon your request as soon as possible. More complicated proposals may take up to 30 Days. The Committee will give a written Approval or Denial within a maximum of 30 days of the submission of the last received information.
